		<description>if you are worried about market impact then iceberg orders are not the way to go anymore. you should try using Credit Suisse&#039;s cross finder, it scans all the hidden liquidity pools whilst pegging your order to the bid (passive) or the the midpoint of the bid and offer (neutral) or the bid all the way down to the offer (aggressive). you often get a price improvement with it due to the hidden tranactions as well. and you are completely hidden from the market! you will not get a rebate for providing liquidity though, all orders cost 0.0025 a share.</description>
