Considering their cancer test received FDA approval and they got some money from warrant holders exercising, they may be able to sell assets or shares to pay off their debtholders and emerge from BK safely. I still would not hold a stock like this long-term. They also havern't filed a 10Q in almost a year. It is rare for a bankrupt company to have value for the shareholders, but not impossible.
